First, the basket is beautiful. It’s so spacious and the plaid lining is so cute! We love the matching blanket. I wasn’t expecting the plates and flatware to be as nice as they are. We fit a picnic for 4 and two bottles of wine in the basket and it still had plenty of space. Very happy with this purchase!

This is one gorgeous picnic basket which is very thoughfully made to include anything and everything when going on a picnic.. I loved that it also had cheese board and wine bottle opener. Everything used in this basket is made of premium quality be it glass, plates or cheese board. I definitely recommend this product

I received the Hilander picnic basket as a corporate gift over ten years ago and have just now rummaged around to inspect the contents. The roominess of the interior is very impressive as well as the quality of the plates, wine glasses and eating utensils. I’m disappointed in myself for not using this treasure in the past.

This basket is gorgeous. I had it sitting on my dining room table when I first got it, and anyone who came into my house immediately commented on it in admiration. It's very large and can hold a lot of items, food and drink, along with all the cutlery and accessories you'll need to eat in luxury. All the accessories, plates, cups, silverware, etc., are high quality, porcelain, glass, stainless steel. That quality probably makes it not the best choice for someone with small children wanting to use this, so young families, hold off for a few years before you get this. The large size might also be considered a downside depending on how you plan to use it. It's pretty heavy even without food, so you don't want to have to carry it a long distance, it's more for driving up to a park and walking a short distance to enjoy your picnic. As long as you aren't planning on taking a hike with it, it's perfect for enjoying a well-stocked relaxing picnic with your family or friends. And there are lots of cute little details like covers for the salt and pepper shakers, and pockets in the basket lining for the mini cheeseboard and any drinks you might bring. Picnic Time thought of everything so all you have to do is remember the food. Even a small blanket to sit on!

This a super picnic basket. Very well made with everything you need to make your picnic complete. Cutlery, plates and glasses are very sturdy. It is large enough to hold all your picnic goodies. Looking forward to using this for a long time.
